Hi, I’m Kortney—and I’m so excited to meet you!

From a young age, I’ve found deep joy in connecting with others and learning about the unique stories we all carry. I believe in the power of self-growth, and I truly believe that with the right resources, support, and mindset, most things are possible.

When I was just 7 years old, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Living with this disease for over 30 years has shaped my life in countless ways. Through seasons of struggle and discovery, I’ve learned that true wellness is not found in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. It’s found in understanding your body, honoring your journey, and having the right support by your side.

Unfortunately, the conventional medical system often overlooks this. Many of us are left without the guidance we truly need. That’s why I created Live For Longevity—to help bridge that gap and offer a holistic, personalized approach to wellness.

Lasting health requires more than willpower. It begins with intention, grows with knowledge and guidance, and thrives with a clear plan, consistent encouragement, and personalized support. As an ACE-certified Health Coach and Fitness Nutrition Specialist—and someone with decades of lived experience managing chronic illness—I’m here to empower you with guidance, resources, and encouragement every step of the way.

My coaching style is rooted in collaboration, empathy, goal-setting, and real-life tools you can use to make your health goals a reality.
